独学で、協会発行のテキスト１・２級とこの問題集をひたすら繰り返して、初めての試験でいきなり１級受験して見事合格しました☆
他のテキストよりも問題数が多かった（１０回分）のと、巻末の解答欄の下に少しだけ解説があるのと、巻末の表などがちゃんと試験のポイント押さえてたのでこの問題集を買いました。

とりあえず試験問題の場数をふむために問題の数をこなしたいなら、これがおススメです。
テキストの内容と重複することが書いてある問題集もあるけれど、ちゃんとテキストの内容をしっかり読み込んで、あとはひたすら問題を解いて、間違った問題を一個ずつ確実に覚えていくほうが私には頭に入りやすかったです。

巻末の表は役に立ちました。というか、多分この巻末の表さえ覚えていれば、１級を受験するにしても、香りテストと生活習慣病とその予防とかの項目だけプラスアルファで覚えれば、多分合格できると思います。
