最近アロマテラピーに凝りはじめ、ショップが開いている手づくりコスメ講座でクレンジングオイルを手づくりしました。そしたら、その簡単さにビックリ！材料を揃えて分量さえ守ればダレにでも手づくりのコスメが作れるんです。それなら！と思い、もっといろんなものを手づくりしたいと本書を購入しました。初心者にでも分かりやすい内容で、エッセンシャルオイルはもちろん、ハーブやその他の基材の情報まで、必要最低限知っておきたい知識が網羅されています。そして、化粧水から石けん、バスソルト、シャンプー、消臭剤まで、幅広いアイテムの作り方が掲載されており、どれもすぐに作れそうな気になってくるから不思議です。装丁デザインもシンプルでセンスが良いので、眺めているだけでも満足できそうな一冊。

手作りのコスメ本をいろいろ見ていましたがこれでキマリです。
材料も手に入れやすく、使われているハーブも入手しやすい。
何より、作り方がシンプルですぐとりかかれそうなのがいいです。
近いうちにつくりたいのは、もうすぐなくなりそうなクレンジング。
マカダミアナッツオイルとサイプレス（精油）だけで作れちゃうなんて

めんどくさがりな私にもできそうです。

この本を買って大成功でした。それは手作りする段階で使う材料や素材の特徴や効能が詳しく載っています！！素材の組み合わせの愛称なども載っているので始めての方でも楽しく手作りできてしまう素敵な本です！また、手作りする段階での注意事項なども詳しく載っているので、
初めて作る方でも疑問点解きながら手作りできます！
