巨額融資＋計画倒産＋陥れられた男と陥れた者たちとの死闘。
ということで筆者の得意なエリアで、さすがに面白いっ！！
読後感も爽快です。相変わらず、最後まで一気に読めますし、安定したおもしろさといったところでしょうか。

池井戸ファンとして、あえて厳しいコメントをするならば、細かな設定は違うのだが、銀行ミステリの「水戸黄門」になりつつあるような気がする。（それはそれで安心して楽しめるのだが）力のある人なので、もっと違った設定での作品も読みたいと思うのは、勝手な読者のワガママですね。

ラストの評価（爽快ですが、ちょっと無いかなー）と得意エリアでまとまっているということで星マイナスひとつにしました。

銀行の政治の中で不遇の扱いを受けた主人公が行内の悪党を懲らしめていく勧善懲悪ストーリー。
分りやすさと爽快さ、読みやすさはまあいいんですが、いま一つリアリティに…。
前半の支店長が自滅していくあたりはさすがにちょっと…と思った。
情実融資や万引きで墓穴に嵌ってしまうわけだが、仮にもメガバンクの支店長になるような人間がそんな脇の甘いことをするわけがないと。
そんな粗忽者は支店長になんて絶対なれませんよww

読み物としてはまあ普通ですが、序章を斜め読みしたところ高杉良系のハードなものを期待していたので結構拍子抜けしました。
