数ある東京裁判関連の中でも、かなり深い所まで知ることが出来る一冊だと思う。でもちょっと堅苦しく、また専門知識が必要な所があるので、東京裁判をしらない人がいきなり読むと面白さが欠けるという難点があると思う。
　しかし、構成もうまくできており、説得力も十分にあるので東京裁判に関心のある人にはお勧めの一冊！

　裁判とは名だけの東京裁判の問題点を多方面から検証していく納得の書である。

素晴らしい本です。東京裁判の知識がほとんどないまま読んだので、かなりショックを受けました。正直ここまでひどい裁判だったとは思っていませんでしたから。このような裁判の結果を何の疑いも持たず受け入れ、敗戦の当然の帰結として捉えている人達にぜひ読んでいただきたいです。内容は専門的ですが決して読みづらいことはありません。内容濃いです。

3.0 out of 5 stars 「日本無罪論」という誤謬の元になってしまった悲劇の書, 2009/1/9
　東京裁判に関する本の中で、この本ほど著者の意図と離れ、読者に誤謬を与えてしまった本はないであろう。著者自身の判決文と個別・少数意見の検討はすばらしいものであるが、その刺激的な「タイトル」により、東京裁判についてある程度の知識がない読者に対し、視野を狭くさせてしまっている。
　できれば、この本を読む前のと同時に（もちろん、その前に正式な「判決文」や個別・少数意見を読むべきではあるが）家永・マイニア論争や『国際シンポジウム　東京裁判を問う』（講談社学術文庫）の著者の発言を読み、真意を理解すべきであろう。
