春夏秋冬、「鬼平犯科帳」の文章にのせて、文章を引用しながら料理と作り方を紹介した本。

逢坂剛と北原亜以子が料理と「鬼平犯科帳」の文章からエッセイを書いているのが面白い。ちょっとしたうんちくになります。

一番良かったのは作り方が簡単だけど掲載されていること。これを見ながらまねして一つ二つ作ってみました。とてもおいしかったです。
