　ビジネスの世界で活躍している人へのインタビュー記事という
のは役に立つものと役に立たないものがはっきりしている。
演出めいた記述というのはそれなりにおもしろいのだけれど、
たいてい役に立つとは思えない。この手の文章は出来事やエピソード、
自分の心の内を扱った内容が多い。

　それに対して、本書はとても役に立つ内容が随所に含まれている。
実戦的であるうえ、実際にビジネス界で活躍されている人のノウハウ
なので「机上の空論」ではない。自分のアイデアノートに写し取った
箇所も２０箇所以上に上った。２，３時間で目を通し終えることが
できる簡潔な内容であることもこれまた実戦的である。

各業界のトップが様々なお題を語っている物をまとめたもので、
それぞれ一つは触発される言葉が出ていて、
「仕事を何のためにやっているんだろう」と落ち込んだときに、
読むとがんばろう！と思わせるものがありました。

ただ、一人のインタビューが終わるとコラムをはさんでいるのですが、
そのコラムがくせ者で、インタビューの余韻を断ち切るもので
これが星を一つマイナスにさせています。
