そもそも会社にイチローが必要なのか？

もしいたとしても飼い殺しされるだけの様な気がしますが…。

能力より協調性、リーダーシップの方が大事なこともあるという意味では、イチローが「優秀な社員」であるかどうかも分からない。

イチローは好きだが、組織で働く者から見ると、このメタファーは相当無理があり、現実離れしていると感じました。

著者の主張を裏付けるためにイチローの少年時代のエピソードや
イチロー語録を用いる、いわばイチローをメタファーにした取り組みは
面白く読みやすいのだが・・。

後半は、イチローを育てた監督などの話し。
前半との溝が小さくない。

仕事術・自己啓発の本なのか・マネジメント・コーチングの本なのか
テーマが絞り切れてない気がした。
