感動して、読んだ後にさむけがしました。この本は、中谷さんの亡くなったお母さんに当てても書かれています。書きたいことをすぐ本にできる点が中谷さんの凄さです。
まるで、詩を読んでいるみたいに、スーッと吸収できました。とにかく前向きなところが好きです。大切な人との別れの前に、この本に出合えて良かったです。

最初は、なるほどなあと思って読んでましたが、「天国へ旅立った母」のところから、中谷さんの母が亡くなったことが書かれてました。これまでの中谷さんの本でも、母についてたくさん書かれていたので、すごく気持ちが入ってしまいました。それと同時に自分も親から、たくさんのことを学んだことを思い出しました。今からでも中谷さんのところみたいな親子関係を築くことができればいいなあと思いました。

身内の葬式があった後、この本を読みました。
この世に残された人が、大切な人がいなくなってしまった
事実を上手に受け入れられるヒントが、いくつもいくつもありました。
「オマケの１年」を読んで、悲しみでいっぱいだった気持ちが
少し整理ができた気がします。
前向きに生きていけるヒントを、ぜひみなさんにも読んで欲しいです。
