もっと目からウロコ的なテクニックを想像していたのですが、結局は普段やっている下ごしらえを、手を抜かずきちんとしていればほとんどの食べ物が問題ないのでは？という感じでした。前半はほとんど添加物や農薬に対する知識などで、肝心の方法については種類も少なめでやや物足りなさを感じました。ページのレイアウトも、野菜は野菜、肉は肉、などで一覧表にしてくれるともっと読みやすいのでは？と思いました。

今の食品の怖さを知り、日々の食事も考えるようになりました。
そうなると買うことにも気をつけるようになり、そして
料理内容や料理法も変わってきたところでこの本を知り、早速
購入しました。

伝統的な日本の食材が今や健康食となっているのも、
こんな下ごしらえの手間があるのですね。

残留農薬や添加物に関しての不安を少し軽くしてくれる本。
あたりまえのことをしっかり行うことの大切さを教えてくれます。

粗食も贅沢になる時代。
簡単・早いの食事の時代はもう終わりなのでしょう。
おいしくて安心、体に良い食品を消費者は求めているのです。

こういう本を探していました！
買ったわけじゃないのですが、サラッと読んだだけでも
すごく勉強になります。

現代は「知恵を授けてくれるおばあちゃん」と一緒に暮らさないような世の中なので、おばあちゃんに教えてもらっていないこともたくさんあると思います。

中でも練り物（ソーセージやかまぼこみたいなもの）の下ごしらえなんて聞いたことなかったのでビックリしました。

少しでも安全に食べられるように、面倒臭がらずに下処理やっていこうと思いました。
