この手の本の中一番で新しい本であったため買ってみましたが、本の項目数に対してページが少ないため、薄っぺらな内容になっていました。市販薬の実名も数えるほどしか出ていないため使いにくく感じました。

薬局では、自分で薬を選べるから、値段やその店オススメなどの広告に惹かれて手にする事が多い私。
でもふと、同じ成分でも値段が違うのは効き目が違うのか？病院ではどれくらい飲み続けるかは言われるけれど、市販薬は治るまで何週間も飲み続けていいのか？と疑問に思っていた所、書店で目にして興味が湧いて買ってみた本。

売られている薬の種類、正しい薬の飲み方、一緒に服用しては駄目なもの、びっくりだったのが胃薬などは同じ物でも症状によって飲む時間が違うこと。へぇと思うことが、分かりやすく解説されている。
薬に興味がある人は読んでみると面白いかも。

胃痛がひどく、でも病院が嫌いなために薬局で薬を買い、余計に具合が悪くなって結局病院へ。診断は服用の仕方を間違って、余計に悪化したとのこと。薬って、飲み方を間違えただけでそんなに逆効果になるもの？と興味を持ち、書店に行って手に取った本。

薬の正しい服用方法から、同じ薬でも服用時間によって効能が違うこと、一緒に飲んでは駄目なもの、一般人にも分かりやすく解説されている。

大衆薬局では値段の安さやパッケージに惹かれて買うことが多い。それに効かないからと少し多めに飲んでしまったり、何週間も続けて飲むことも多い。それでは駄目なのだ、これからは薬局で買う時にも薬剤師に相談しようと思える一冊。

病院嫌いor行く暇が無くていつも薬は薬局で買っているが、なんとなく効きが悪い、これでいいのか心配という人にお勧めです。
