　現在の不景気な状況の中で、企業に残るべきか・独立して事業を起こすべきか？
悩んでいる中でこの書籍のタイトルを見て、興味を持ち読ませて頂きました。

それぞれのメリットを紹介しながら説明されていますが、最終的には個人の
能力を向上させて行く事が重要だと述べられているように感じました。

話されている内容は、納得させられることばかりでしたが・・・もう少し新鮮さが
欲しかったと思います。

タイトルから中身を見る前は一匹狼と賢い羊
この二つは違う考えのもとに仕事をしていると考えていました

しかし考えは同じ
自分を持ち、能力を高め仕事をするというこの一点にたどり着いている
基本的にはその通りとうなずける内容でアッサリとしてます
読み終わった直後は何か物足りなさを感じてしまいました

僕が好きだったのが

「自分もたいしたことはない」が「他人もたいしたことはない」
という一文で
そうとも言える！とうなずいてしまいました！
