この手のノウハウ本は、内容が薄く、どれも同じような説明が多いので、敬遠していたのですが、この本はアタリでした。この本の中で、参考になった考え方は沢山ありました。ご参考までに私のとってヒットした考え方ベスト５をあげてみます。（１）「要するに」で目的を捉えて、「とりあえず」で始める。（２）問題を大きくとらえず、核心をとらえて、やるべきことを絞る。問題を細分化して、コストと時間がかからず、効果が大きいものから着手する。（３）失敗について。「人を攻める」のではなく「やり方」を攻める。（４）あたりまえのことを、ばかにしないで、ちゃんとやる。（５）やめる、減らす、変える、まねる、パクるの順で実践する。
これらの中で、気づいていない考え方があれば、この本を購入されることをおすすめします。

　改善について簡潔にまとめられていて、問題解決の手がかり・考え方の参考になる本です。
カバーを外すと普通の手帳みたいで、ポケットに入るので携帯性もいいと思います。
イラストも面白く好感が持てます。
　しかし何よりも著者の考え方・労働者に対するまなざしにとても感銘を受けました。
たくさんの現場を実際に見てきた方だと思います。
是非一読をおすすめします。
