内容云々よりも、誤字脱字がたくさんありました。基本的な
本の作りがなっていません。

内容は創刊が1989年というのもあって、今の時代とは合って
ない箇所があります。どうも、社長が何もかも指示命令を
して社員のモチベーションを保つといったニアンスの表現が
時代遅れです。「社長が社員の何倍も働かないといけない」とも
書かれているし、「社長は本来は暇であるべき」という表現も
あります。ちょっと軸がぶれているような・・・。

ここに書かれていることを100％やるには相当なパワーが必要です。
コンサルタントが経験をもとに、色々な社長を見てきた失敗や
成功を表面的に書かれている感じです。実際の経営は情熱や
パワーや信念や夢がまずは必要だと自分は思います。
