あまり構えず、やってみよう！と思わせてくれた本です。

道具や材料の説明も親切に書かれています。

なかなか本をみても自力でケーキを作るのは難しいのですが、
この本は初心者の方にもわかるように意図して作られたように思います。

参考写真も美しく、楽しめました。

上級者には、少し物足りないかもしれません。

道具の説明から、ウェディングケーキの作りかたまでとても丁寧に説明されています。
カラー写真もきれいで「やってみよう」という気がおこります。
