酒井駒子さんのファンで、彼女がどんなふうに制作に当たっているのかを知りたくてこの本を買いました。
結局原稿作りの過程はわかりませんでしたが、どのような下絵を描いてこのような美しい絵ができるのかを知ることができ、とても参考になりました。
いろいろな方の、制作に臨む姿が垣間見え、大変勉強になりました。
一緒についている白紙の本にいつか自分だけの絵本が描けるといいなあと夢が膨らみました。

今をときめくクリエイターが勢ぞろい！『くまのがっこう』のあだちなみさんのラフスケッチや新潮文庫Yonda?パンダのリニューアルを手掛けた100%ORANGEさんの立体しかけ絵本、この本の表紙を飾っている酒井駒子さんの絵本づくりに対する思いなど『絵本』情報が満載の１冊。見るだけでも十分楽しめちゃいます。それともう１冊、『freestyle book』という本が付いています。中が真っ白なので自分だけのオリジナル絵本（ハードカバー）が作れるようになっています。私もいつかは子供にONLY ONEの絵本をプレゼントできるようにがんばってみようかな~♪

絵本作家を夢見る人は勿論の事、子供に作ってあげたい、自分で作って楽しみたい、絵本が大好き！という人には是非おすすめです！
素敵な絵本作家の皆さんがどういうきっかけで絵本の世界に入ったかもよくわかるし、自分の世界の作り方など、とにかく見て読んで飽きることはありません。絵を描く楽しさ、お話を書く楽しさがビッチリと詰まっています。
