何の前知識もなく、まず読んでいただきたい。
目次にあるような、往年の名曲が似合うような
くすぐったい恋愛小説の様に思われます。

　~　まんまとだまされました。　~

登場人物の動きやセリフ、伏線はいろいろ。
軽いタッチで書かれているので、あっという間に読み終わります。

何がどう【イニシエーション・ラブ】なのか考えさせられる１冊です。
あまり書くとネタばれになるので、
後は、手に取ったあなたのお楽しみに！

ぬるい恋愛小説、とか大きな仕掛け以外に読ませる力が無い
とかおっしゃってる方もいるようですが。

チープで詰まらなくてぬるいからこそ、
精緻な読みを拒絶するテキストに仕上がっていて
ミスリードを誘うのであって
陳腐でどーーでもいい恋愛小説の体裁だからこそ
この作品における叙述が成功するのでしょう。

つまり、
わざとだよ？
ってことです。

そういった意味では、読めないほどにまずくはなく
細かく読ませるほど良くない、そのバランスが
仕掛けを補強するつくりになっていて
全体として、実によく出来た計算された作品だと思いました。

後ろ表紙に書かれていた「最後から二行目を絶対に先に読まないでください。」というフレーズに惹かれて買いました。途中までレトロな恋愛話しで後半はイラツキ気味で読んだのですが、最後の二行がほんとに意味不明で、最初から読み返しました。謎がわかった瞬間キャ〜って思わず声が出てしまうほど驚きました。そのあとは読み返すほど発見があって面白かったです♪♪
