よい妊娠をするためには、SEXをしてはいけない日がある事を知りました。それを守らなければ、普通の生殖能力があるにもかかわらず、不妊症や習慣流産ぎみになりやすいということでした。よい妊娠をしたい人も、正しい避妊をしたい人にもお薦めの一冊です。

不妊本を何冊も買いましたが、結局これが一番重宝しています。
コンパクトだし、内容も豊富、素人にもわかりやすく科学的根拠、説明があり納得できました。ちょっと硬くてとっつきにくいかもしれないけど、参考書がわりに一冊もっていると、絶対に開くときがきます。お勧めです。

結婚したのが３０過ぎ。中々妊娠できず、なぜ？と思ったときに偶然この本を手にしました。妊娠の確率、良い子を産むために夫婦でできることなど、知らなかったことの多さに正直びっくりしました。子供が授からないとストレスを抱え込む前に一度読んでみてはいかがでしょうか？

男女の産み分けから健康な赤ちゃんを産むために・・・等などきっと参考になります。
