ハデハデ、キラキラを求めている人にはちょっともの足りないかもしれません。
どちらかというと、とてもオーソドックスな、普段使い出来るようなアートがたくさん載っています。
特に役立ったのはケア方法。
写真入りで具体的な商品名まで載っているので実際の購入時にも大変役立ちました。
この本のおかげでますますネイルアートが身近なものなりましたよ♪

「爪はいつもきれいにしていたいけどサロンは高いし、かといって自分でやるにも技術はないしな・・・」そう思っていた人、絶対この本！前文にあったこの文章に私は感動しました。「美しい指先、そしてネイルカラーはあなたの大切な個性です。ＴＰＯで洋服を着替えるのと全く同じように、ネイルもその日の気分や目的によって替えてみませんか？オフィスにはオフィスの、デートにはデートの顔があるように、その場にしっくり来るネイルカラーで指先を彩る楽しさは、あなたの世界をきっと広げてくれるでしょう。難しく考える必要はありません。あなたの感性のままに楽しむ世界がそこにあります。」そして「似合う色と好きな色は違う」という言葉と共に、どの色はどういう印象を与える、何色はどんな爪の形の人にあう、などよりきれいになるための的確なアドバイスがあります。そしてファイルだけきれいにしても、ケアを怠っていればすぐ名の通り化けの皮がはがれてきてしまうもの。正しいケアの仕方もきちんと書いてあります。アートも、身近なものからすごく難しいものまで色々なテクニックがのっていました。

中身は色々なネイルアレンジが出ていてとても綺麗です。が、自分でやるとなるととても難しいです。私は不器用なので参考になったのはペディキュアの２，３個位でした。器用で、時間があって、とてもネイルが好き！という人にはお勧めですが、普段使いに綺麗にしたいな~という人にはあんまり向かないかもです。
