　生活の中にストレッチを取り入れていない方、是非読んでください！わざわざマッサージ屋に通わなくても、自宅で究極の”キモチイイ！”が味わえます。デスクワークを長時間行っているときなどに、無意識に体を伸ばすことは誰にでもあると思います。それを全身に、専門家の知識のもとに行ったらどんなにキモチイイか、想像できますか？あっという間に時間が過ぎてしまうほどハマッてしまうと思います。
　また実際に行うとわかるのですが、ストレッチは全身の筋肉をかなり使っています。私もはじめてやったときには、次の日全身筋肉痛でした。つまり、”キモチイイ”エクササイズにもなるということです。実際に、この本の後半には、エクササイズのためのストレッチもまとめて載せられています。また、スポーツを行っている方は、運動の前に行うならけがを予防できることはご存じだと思います。つまり、一家に一冊ぜひ、ということです。

交通事故に遭い、病院へ通院したとき医師からストレッチをすすめられました。そのときのこの本を見ながらストレッチをしたのですが、とても詳しく書いていて参考になりました。ストレッチはお風呂上りにも最高で毎日実践しています。

ストレッチの基本が、写真でわかりやすく説明してあります。
奇をてらうような内容もなく、シンプルでわかりやすい好感のもてる
１冊です。
まさしく、これからストレッチを始めようとしている人におすすめ！
