高校時代、電車待ちの書店で見つけたのが「デバグ数学セミナ―数学IIIIII…∞」（小針晛宏・学生社1969）。「関数がベクトルだといったらびっくりする？ともかくね、和と実数倍が定義されているものは、なんでもベクトルだと思ってまず間違いないのよ」と漫談調で書かれたけったいな参考書。著者曰く「高校数学のカリキュラムを無視して独走し、全然頼りにならないおしゃべり数学を目指した」だそうだが「何となく数学が好きになり、世の中が少しだけ明るくなる本」であることは間違いない。絶版となっていたが、「数学I・II・III・・・∞（高校からの数学入門）」（小針晛宏・日本評論社1996）として再出版された。現在は受験参考書ではなく理工学書のコーナーにある。数学が好きな人、ちょっち高い立場から高校数学を勉強したい人にお薦めの一冊。
