医療関係者であろうとなかろうと、
病医院を訪れたことのない方はいないでしょう。

なのに、医療費等や病院窓口負担などについては、
「よくわからないな」と感じる方が多いかと思います。

この度、医療名解説の名コンビが待望の新作を出されました。

本書は単なる医療費項目の解説書に留まってはいません。

実際に医療を受けるシチュエーションからの例示、
また現在の医療状況や医療行政の方向性などから、
いろいろな医療費の存在理由や問題点などが、
実際の業務の観点からわかりやすく述べられています。

病医院の新職員など医療関係のビギナーの方々にとっては、
現場や実務に即した格好のテキストであると断言できます。

また医療に長く関わっておられる「ベテラン」の方々にも、
「医療費」という「観点」や「切り口」から、
新しい発見や考え方を得られる有益な著作でもあります。

　殆どの人が１〜3割を窓口で負担するだけだし、難しい診療毎の名前や点数を見てもチンプンカンプンだから、領収書は合計金額を確定申告の医療費控除の際に見るだけ、といった方は多かろう。

　本書は、そんな読者にどういう種類の診療にいくらかかっているかから、レセプト・診療明細の見方、患者負担以外の分がどのように医療機関から国保や保険組合に請求され、支払われているのか迄、詳しく説明されている。

　医療事務的知識の全く無い読者には読みにくい面もあるかもしれないが、巻頭のクイズや、巻末の診療例は漫画チックで分かりやすく書かれている。

　18時以降は診療時間内でも加算がある、なんて事は知らない人が殆どだろうし、報酬によるコントロールで、厚労省が患者をどのように誘導しようとしているかを、病気になる前に知っておいても損は無いだろう。

　ただ、このボリュームで￥1500は、高い気もするが・・・
