今まで勉強本を読んでも読むだけで
勉強した気になっていた自分にとっては良かった。
読むだけでは受身になるがシートを埋めることで
自分にとってベストの勉強法が自然と出てくるので
楽に最初の一歩を踏む出すことできる。
その意味では、勉強の習慣のある人や勉強本を買って
勉強できちゃった人には不要かも。

最近、新しい用語を覚える頻度があがってきているため、
はじめて勉強法について語っている本を買ってみました。

A4一枚というよりは本に付属してくる考え方をまとめるシートで
いろいろ整理できていいでしょ？という感じの本ですね
自分の仕事管理とかにも応用できることがいろいろ書いてあって面白かったです。

内容も著者の体験談を踏まえて書かれているので読みやすく頭に
入りやすかったです。
ちょっと、躓いたときとかに読み返すと新たな発見がありそうな一冊でした。

A4という規格(企画？)にこだわったフォーマットで実用的な勉強法を紹介しており、誰でも（私でも！）すぐに実践できる内容でした。こういう実用書、啓蒙書の類は、「できる人がやるからできるんだ」と毛嫌いしていましたが、A4というフォームに思考のフレームを落とし込み、誰でも簡単にできる内容ということで、気になったところからちょこちょこA4一枚を実践しています。
