私も司法書士ですが、本書から多大な示唆を受けました。
最も感銘を受けたことは、著者は平成14年に開業されたばかりですが、当初から士業の仕事を‐ご自身やご家族の将来を賭けて‐ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽとしてとらえ、
ｱｸﾞﾚｯｼﾌﾞに活動してこられた心構え(姿勢)に対してです。その結果、開業4年目にして売上2億5000万円を達成しました。
本書において披瀝される著者の様々な実践は、真面目に取り組めば意外と誰にでも実行できそうなことであり、
数々の具体的事例を紹介した本書は、資格者又は資格取得を目指す者にとって、
著者同様士業として成功を得ることができるという確信を与えてくれるこれまでに類を見ない格好のｶﾞｲﾄﾞﾌﾞｯｸであると思います。

税理士、行政書士、社会保険労務士の業界では、こういった書籍を見かけますが、司法書士業界では皆無です。

本書のタイトルである「３年で１０倍」というのは、開業３年で売上・規模が１０倍になるという意味です。
「３年で１０倍」という非常にわかりやすいタイトルにひかれて購入しました。
非常に平易な文章で書かれてあり、さくさくと読めますが、内容は奥深いです。

本書で紹介されている内容は、ちょっとした意識と行動力があれば、誰にでもできることであり、同業者として非常に参考になりました。

巷間では「○○の資格ではメシは食えない」「○○の資格には将来性がない」などと言われていますが、本書を読めば、それはまやかしであって、個人の意識と行動力次第で打ち砕くことができると思います。

士業の開業だけでなく、起業の必読書としておすすめします。
通常起業には、「事務所や人にお金をかけずに小さく始める」が一般的ですが、著者は開業当初から「3年で10倍」をテーマとして、「当初から設備・人材に投資をして、むしろ形から入る」という新しいスタイルを実践、「3年10倍の実現」を果たしています。
起業の目標は個々人により違いますが、著者のような飛躍的成長を目標とする時は、「新・開業論」としてとても参考になると思います。
