筆者の経験を元に、どうすれば勉強が上手く出来るかが分り易く書いてあります。

勉強はしなければいけないが、教科書を開くのは億劫。
勉強すれば有利になるのは分かっているが、忙しいので出来ない。

と、思っている方に読んでほしい本です。
この本は正にそういった方に書かれている本です。
どうすれば勉強を効率的に出来、目標(資格など)を達成させることが出来るかが丁寧に書かれています。

ちなみに下の方が書かれている息子自慢ですが、最初の数ページの「はじめに」しか書かれていません。
200ページのうちに１，２ページです。
恐らく1ページ目にそれが書かれているから、この本は自慢話だ　という印象を持ってしまったんじゃないかなあ・・と。
具体的な勉強法(シーザー方式　マイルストーン法　全体展望方式･･etc)も沢山書かれていて、大変タメになる物ばかりです。

決して頭がいいわけではない（本人談）、しかし輝かしい経歴を持つ筆者が

どのような考え方や方法で「勉強」をしているかを語った本です。

インスパイアされた箇所を下記します。

・大きな目標は小さな目標に分断する
・「何を」「いつまでに」やるかを視覚化する
・一番波に乗ったところで、わざと中断し、次回の勉強をしやすくする
・勉強時間と労力に対して、どのくらいの効果があるかを常に考える
・人生は今日しかない
・思考に限界はない

内容的には、さほど目新しいものはありませんでしたが、

英語の勉強法が書かれた箇所は、とても参考になりました。

英語を勉強したいと思っている方に特におすすめです。

著者およびその家族の自慢話に集約している。こういうレビュー自体初めて書き込みますが、そうそざるを得ないほどひどい。具体的な方法の記述が一切なく、そりゃそうだろ・・・っていうようなことの列挙・・・。1時間くらいで読みましたが、その1時間すら返してって感じです。お金と時間を返してください。他の賢明な購買層は決して手を出してはいけません。なんで買っちゃったんだろ。
