TOEICのスコアアップには、当然単語力も必要と思い、”頻出単語×××”といった類の本を、購入したのですが、どの本も単語の羅列で、結局”ただただ覚える”という努力をしなければなりませんでした。

本書は、日本語の文章の中に英単語が埋め込んであり、短いストーリーの中で覚えていくという画期的な暗記法です。当初は半信半疑でしたが、断然この方が自然に暗記できました。単語がなかなか覚えられないという方に絶対お勧めの一冊です。

ようは“要所要所で英語の単語が混じってしまう帰国子女”みたいなしゃべり方で<音読>して覚えるというもの。

　　このジーンズの品質は僕がguaranteeするよ。
　　seamが二重にreinforceされていて…

問題はこの方法に耐えられるかどうかだ。私の場合、恥ずかしいので頭から布団をかぶりしばらく試してみたが、頭がおかしくなりそうで途中で投げ出してしまった。私のような人は、結局“ただただ覚える”というendeavorをしなければならないのだろう。

これはかなりいいです。今までの単語帳と違い日本語の文章の中に英単語が
埋め込んであり非常に効率よく記憶できました。今世間一般で言われている
「英語は文で覚えていく」というやり方は語彙力が乏しい人だと時間がかかり
かえって非効率だったと思いますが日本語の文章の中に英単語が埋め込んである形式なので非常に速く覚えやすかったです。

この本は邪道中の邪道だと思うが、僕にとっては非常に使いやすかった。なにしろ覚えなきゃ！っていうひと向き。別売りの音声教材がカセットなのが難点で★ひとつマイナス。
