　問題集と共に発売された行政書士試験で出るポイントをまとめた参考書。レイアウトなど飽きさせないようよく工夫されていて、法律関連の試験をはじめて受けるような人であっても無理なく読むことができるように配慮されています。さすが分かり易さを売りにする伊藤塾編纂だけあると思います。
　しかしながらこの本、この本と共に発売された問題集だけで合格できる力がつくような人はほとんどいないでしょう。５割取るのが精一杯な人がほとんどであると思います。一部の人を除いてはこの本の後に他の参考書を読んで知識の補完をしたり、問題演習を重ねたりするのが合格には必須です。

行政書士の教科書は基本書・問題集ともにかなり多くの種類が発売されているので
どの本を買うべきなのか正直な話ですが本当に迷ってしまいます。
TACのものにするか、それともLECのシリーズを選択するべきか・・・など

長時間悩んだ結果、一番初心者向けでわかりやすかったのでこの本を選びました。
わたしは基本書については手に取ったときの印象が大事だとおもいます。
つまり最後はフィーリングです。
第一印象で分かりにくいと感じたらその本はボツにする方が無難だとおもいます。
このテキストはレイアウトにとても気を使っているところがよく分かりますね。

とにかく選択の良否の結果は今年の試験後ですね。

去年、めでたく不合格でした。(笑)基本的にはテキストを覚えるのはもちろんですが、それ以外にも色々と知識を集めなければなりませんが、このテキストは判例も多く掲載してあるので良心的だと思います。中には六法全書を引っ張り出して判例を調べろとか色々と言われていますが、まずはテキストをマスターするしかないですね。

独学は一番お金がかからない一番の勉強方法ですし、合格率から見ても学校に行ったからといって必ず合格するわけでもないのでただ勉強するのみだと思います。2.3回の受験は覚悟しようかとも思っています。人それぞれ能力は千差万別ですから。

自分ではいいテキストだと思いますが、テキストは色々と個々の使いやすさが分かれていると思いますので星4つとさせていただきました。
