私の会社って、「同じ目標の下に集められたチーム」じゃなくて、「たまたま居合せた人が集まったチーム」ばっかりなんです。少数精鋭でもないし、どう考えても不適切な人は混じっているし・・・。いままで、そういう「役立たず」は排除したほうがいいと思ってました。でも、この本を読んで考えが変わりました。「たまたま居合せた人が集まったチーム」でも、ちゃんとした目標を、メンバー全員のコンセンサスを取りながらきめれば、「生産的な、バリバリチーム」に変わるんだということを学びました。以前に、同じ著者の『会議が絶対うまくいく法』を読んだのですが、そっちも目からウロコの好著でしたが、この本も私の「すごく役立つビジネス書ベスト10」に入る、良い本でした。お買い得だと思います。

手法について説明した本です。

したがって、
チームをうまく運営していく
ハウツーを期待すると
違った内容となります。

原題の
「How　To　Make　CollaborationWork」の方が
内容を正しく表しています。

3.0 out of 5 stars ある程度の体系を持ったファシリテーション入門書, 2007/2/4
訳書のタイトルが内容と合っていません。著者も最後に類書を読むことを勧めています。それは複数の
本を読むことでその著者の見方ではなく、自分自身で結論を出さざるを得なくなるからです。
その著者のまっとうな考えからしても「絶対」はあり得ません。

原書のタイトル『How To Make Collaboration Work』にあるように、コラボレーション（主として会議）の
進め方について述べたもので、ファシリテーションの入門書です。

プロセス・マップというのは他にはない独自性のある考えだと思いますが、複数の会議のためのアジェンダだと
思えばよいとあるだけで、規模の大きいプロセス・マップの例だけが例示されています。
もう少し小規模な例にするか、丁寧に説明するかの努力が必要でしょう。
例示されたプロセス・マップだけでは意味するところが良く分かりません。惜しいです。。
