最近の会計にまつわる社会情勢を紹介しながら、会計のＰ/Ｌ、Ｂ/Ｓ、Ｃ/Ｓのそれぞれの本質的な関係、役割をわかいやすく説明している。また最近の連結決算、時価主義の導入についても紹介している。

・最近の会計の役割を紹介
・Ｐ/ＬとＢ/Ｓの関係、Ｃ/Ｓの意味を紹介
・連結決算や時価主義といった最近の会計について紹介

特にＰ/ＬとＢ/Ｓの関係とＣ/Ｓの本質的な読み方は大変参考になった。おおざっぱな意味がわかったので、これから会計について理解するのに役立った気がする。

　なぜ会計を知る必要があるのか、会計情報をどのような視点で見る必要があるのかといった大きな視点で見ているのでとても読みやすかったです。
　これを読んでも会計ができるようにはなりませんが、会計情報を読むことができるようになるのではないでしょうか。
　堅苦しくないのがよかったです。

今やビジネス言語である、「会計」を学ぶのは、社会人として必須であり、本書では、非常にわかりやすく説明されています。
貸借対照表や損益計算書、キャッシュフロー計算書のどこに着目するのがいいのか？また、着目した際にどのように考えればいいのかといった、基本的な見方について書かれています。
非常に読みやすい文体かつ効果的な図、新聞記事を使用した例により理解が進みます。

☆5つでは無く、4つなのは、本書に書かれている内容に多少の時代遅れ感があるためです。
