そう、私は感じましたし、


一般的に、スポーツにしても学力にしても、
才能・素質のアリナシで決まるものであると思われていますが、
公立中学で日本一を連発という実績が見事にそれを打ち崩してくれていますね。


どれだけの物量で練習をしたかで結果がある程度決まりますから、
そういう点で結果を出している作者に感動しました。


私自身、塾経営をしていますが、
それをどれだけしっかりと実践させて上げられる人間がいるのか、(スタッフ面)
どれだけ実感して、邪魔せず協力体制になってくれる方がいるのか、

そういう人をどれだけまわりにつくることができるか、


現在、そういう点に悩みます。


弊社参考図書として取り扱う方向性で考えている、良書のひとつです。

この著者は命をかけている。自分の為や今だけに生きていない。一瞬を愛と情熱を込めて…。命を向き合う者、助けを求める者、命有る者全ての為に命を手渡すかのように…教育。日本は変わるかもしれない。この人に委ねたら。愛と情熱を…。そして感謝。

いつもの「目標達成」理論や「態度教育」理論、「価値観教育」理論を、
さらにわかりやすく、かみ砕いて読みやすくしています。
氏の心から叫ぶ声が聞こえてくるような語り口調も魅力的です。
また、氏が手弁当で主宰する、「教師塾」の中身についても触れています。
原田イズム入門の１冊になること間違いなし。
教育関係者のみならず、ビジネスマンにも読んでほしい１冊です。

以下、巻中の名言。
「想いが先で技術が後」
「今日をもう一度できるとしたら何をするか」
「事後指導より事前指導」
「教育の達人の手法を分析し、具体化して方程式に落とし込み、
　それを自分のものとして扱い、結果を出し、広める」
