近年の、グローバリゼーションの進展により、
組織に属しているビジネスマンはもとより、すでに事業をなしている
すべてのビジネス関係者は、スポンサーの前で、
新しい事業や自分のやりたい企画を、プレゼンしたり、アピールして
支援を獲得する機会が総じて増えてきているのでは
ないでしょうか。

そういった状況の中、「今まで事業計画書なんか書いたこともない」
という方に、取り組み姿勢や
心構えを持つための、最初のちょうどよろしい入門書。

「紙かけばいいのか？」いえいえ、そんなレベルの話ではありません。

本書はすぐれて、ハウツー本レベルでなく、「経営戦略」の観点、
マクロ的な視点から始まり、実際の計画書の構成、目次、事例
にいたるまで大所高所から、小さなツボにもふれた、
コンパクトな良書です。

特に、第二章、「ビジネスプラン作成のフレームワーク」は勉強に
なりますし、最後の章「財務計画」は、それだけで独立して
一章をさき、財務計画、キャッシュフロー計画が、起業（企業）の
リスク分析とリスク回避のコンティンジェンシープラン作成に、
いかに密接に関連しているか、企業の成長にいかに重要かが
平易にかかれています。

ビジネスマン、必読。

ビジネスプランという、だれでも知っていそうで、実はきちっと説明されてこなかったテーマを網羅的かつ平易に解説した優良書。
ビジネスプランのの全体像をつかむためにも、もちろん有効ですが、今、ひそかに暖めている企画を実行に移す前に、見えにくい行き先を示してくれる航海図のような本です。
ビジネスの成功の鍵は、やる気と気合の根性論だけではないことが良くわかります。
ビジネスプランを立てるとき、または途中で見直すときに、この本の目次をひとつひとつ見ていくだけで、自分のビジネスプランで見落としがちなポイントや、誤って理解していた点に気づくはず。
第一線で活躍する一流コンサルタントの数々の経験に基づく、ビジネスを成功させるためのコツがコンパクトにぎゅっと詰まっています。お手軽な値段もお勧め！

ビジネスプランに盛り込むべき内容が、コンパクトにまとめられているので、ビジネスプランを初めて作成する人にとってはわかりやすい。
また、価格も手ごろなため、最初の１冊として購入されることをオススメする。

盛り込むべきプレームワークが紹介され、わかりやすく説明されている。
例えば、以下のような内容が紹介されている。

・マクロ環境の分析
・顧客や競合の分析
・SWOT分析（自社の分析）
・資金計画表の作成方法


あくまでもビジネスプランを作成を目的としているので、各内容については深く記述されていない。
もし各内容について深く学びたい場合は、別途経営戦略やマーケテイング、会計、財務に関する書籍を購入する必要があるだろう。

本書だけでも十分な内容ではあると思うが、より実践的な書籍として「手を動かしながら考えるビジネスプラン」もオススメである。

ビジネスプランを実現するための第一歩として、本書を購入してみてはどうだろうか。
