内容は非常に読みやすく、納得させられる。読んでいると背中を押されているような気分になるが、単に押されているだけではなく、論理的に解説されているので、「漠然とした自身」というよりも、「実直な見る目」が養われると思う。本書の内容は独立開業のスタートラインを説明するものであるとおもうが、いくつかの実例を紹介することで読者にわかりやすく伝えることに成功している。この手の入門書は、未知の分野を学ぶときに非常によいと思う。

そもそも起業する気があるの？から始まり、独立開業を考える際のポイント、何からどのような手順で、考えていけばよいか、そして、ビジネスプラン（の卵）を書いてみよーという内容です。ビジネスプランは、「自分の考えをまとめる」ことに、主眼を置いているためか、「とっつきやすい」説明、内容になってます。

ほんとうの「最初の一歩」というレベルです。かなりやさしく、わかりやすく書いてあります。特に前提知識は、不要だと思います。この手の本を読んだことがあれば、ま、特に読む必要はないでしょうか。

本の量が少ない割りに、ポイントも上手くまとまっていて、起業しよーかな？と思ってる段階なら、読んでも損はない、と思います。

いざ独立するにあたって一番肝心なのは、独立開業のノウハウではなく、その意思がきっちり確立されているかだと著者は一貫して述べています。はじめてこのような独立本に出会いました。ゆれていた意思がこの本によってはっきりしたように思います。
