松田 修一
1943年山口県生まれ。1966年公認会計士第二次試験合格。1972年早稲田大学大学院商学研究科博士課程修了。1973年監査法人トーマツ(旧サンワ事務所)入社、社員として中堅・ベンチャー企業のコンサルティングに従事。1986年早稲田大学システム科学研究所(現アジア太平洋研究センター)助教授。1991年早稲田大学システム科学研究所教授。1993年早大アントレプレヌール研究会を発足、代表世話人に就任。現在、早稲田大学大学院(MBA)教授、商学博士、公認会計士、早大アントレプレヌール研究会代表世話人、(株)ウエルインベストメント取締役ほか数社の取締役・監査役、日本ベンチャー学会副会長(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

21世紀に書かれたベンチャー企業論でありながら、1980年代に出版されたベンチャー関連啓蒙書と同内容、同レベル。要するに、凡庸な大学教員などにベンチャーを論ずる資格はないのだ。学生諸君や若手ビジネスマンには、日経新聞の起業関連記事を丹念にフォローするほうが有益なはずだ。

ベンチャー企業とはどんなものか、成長のモデル、成長の中でのリスク、ベンチャーキャピタルなどベンチャーを支援するインフラ、関係する法律です。事例は、ほとんど載っていません。
「ベンチャー」に関わる内容が網羅的に、そして初心者向けに、わかりやすく、問題点、現状などが説明してあります。

広く薄くの本ですが、「ややっこしい所」が、上手く省略されて、ポイントだけが上手くまとまった、良い本だなぁ、と感じさせる一冊でした。

ＨＯＷ-ＴＯものでもなく、と言って、学術的すぎず、バランスも絶妙でした。文章も読みやすく、初心者には大助かりの１冊でした。
