1951年4月山口県生まれ。1976年3月北海道教育大学釧路校卒業。1982年2月(株)ホクハイ入社。1992年4月(学)日本航空学園千歳校(現日本航空専門学校)に勤務。1994年~(社)日本非破壊検査協会主催の技術講習会講師指導員。2000年4月~航空技術工学科学科長。2006年5月(社)日本非破壊検査協会石井賞受賞(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

構造体(建築・土木・機械)に関わる人は読んでおいて損はないと思います。応力は構造体に関わる人ならば一度は聞いたことがあると思いますが、この本は応力からスタートして、物が壊れていく過程をわかりやすく、厳密(私的意見ですが)に解説をしていると思います。
