村上先生の電子レンジパンの本は他にも何冊か出ていますが、これは最新のものです（2006年8月13日現在）。過去に出版されているもの数冊と見比べてみると分るのですが、パンの作り方が徐々に進化してきています。新しい本ほど、手順が簡単且つ確実に発酵できるようになっているようです。今買うのならばこの最新版の本をオススメします。

色々同じような本が出ていますが、
これは基礎固めの集大成のようですね。
写真が豊富で途中の生地の状態も見やすいです。
巻末の質問箱50では、抑えるポイントが説明されているので、初心者に有り難いです。
実際に作りましたが、本当に簡単で初めてでもなかなかの良いできでした。

本当に簡単に作れます。子供と一緒に楽しく作りました。何回も続けて作ったので、私がイーストの香りがだめになり、最近は続けては作りません。
