はじめて食材を冷凍しようと思ったビギナーな人に　おすすめです。
冷凍する時の仕方が３ステップくらいに簡単に写真とコメントで紹介されており
４つめの写真に冷凍食材の写真が載っていて保存期間の目安と解凍方法が書かれています。
食材によっては「生」で冷凍と「加工」して冷凍とがある場合も同じように簡潔にまとめてあり見やすいです。
見開き１ページ目に冷凍保存の仕方　２ページ目に料理が紹介されているパターンと
調理のバリエーションが多そうな食材に関しては３、４ページ目も料理が紹介されています。
調理方法も電子レンジでの調理なども紹介されています。
また、実際には詳しく紹介されていない食材でも食材の冷凍方法が一覧表で載っているので便利です。
全体的に配色がきれいで見やすくされているので見ていてスッキリしてるように思えます。

フリージングに関する本を購入しようと思い、色々な本を検討しましたが、結局、見やすく、実際に参考にしそうなこの本にしました。（情報たっぷりの本を買ったところで、うちの冷蔵庫の冷凍室にはそんなに色々入れて置けません）
見やすいという点で言えば、村上祥子さんの「簡単！電子レンジレシピ１００」と構成が似ているような気がします。
