半信半疑で作ってみましたが、本当に短時間で、おいしくできました。これなら、休日の朝に焼きたてのパンを食べることができます。５・６回作りましたが一度も失敗してません。初めてパンを作る方にもおすすめです。

アイディアがすばらしい。電子レンジで３０秒加熱するだけで、発酵終了といった画期的なアイディアは素晴らしい。
ただ、一言いうと、パンの生地のバリエーションは似通っていると思う。

｢自分でパンを焼いてみたい｣とずっと思っていましたが、パン作りには｢発酵｣という工程があるためか、なかなか最初の一歩が踏み出せませんでした。
それが、この本と出会って（値段がとても魅力的に見えました）、今ではご飯を炊くのと同じような感覚で、朝といわず夜といわず日常生活の一部としてパンを焼いています。

たいてい自分で料理をすれば、本の表示時間よりもだいぶ時間がかかってしまいますが、この本の｢４５分｣は正味時間です。
そして、簡単だから味が落ちるかといえば、そんなことはまったくありません。

ただ私の唯一の悩みは、カレーパンがうまくできないことです。

このレシピも市販のレトルトカレーを利用した簡単なものなのですが、本のとおりに小麦粉と水を混ぜてレンジで加熱し再び混ぜて冷ましても、掲載されている写真のようにカレーがかたくまとまらないのです。
やわらかいカレーを生地につめて揚げると、揚げ油の中で確実にパンが破れます。
この点に関しては、他の本も参考にしてみようと思っています。
