いまだ数少ないICAの参考書の１つ。
ICAに必要な数学的準備もちゃんと書いてあり、これがあればICAの全容を理解できます。
ただ「ブラインド」という言葉に慣れてしまっている私には、ブラインド信号分離を暗中信号分離と訳しているのが、気になってしまう。それだったら「教師無し信号分離」とかの方がピンときます。

まず、分かりやすい。
まったく周辺知識を持たなくても、この本を読めばある程度把握できる。
あんまり省略も行っていないし、参照もたっぷりあるので、どこから読んでもある程度読める。

また、独立成分分析についての基本的な知識を網羅的に書いていて、大枠としての独立成分分析が分かる。
詳しく知りたければ、参考文献も多数あるので、文献（ほぼ論文）をネットから見つけて読む等できるので、コレ一冊あれば、独立成分分析をかなり詳しく知る方法を見つけることができる。
