一時は品切れ続出で手に入らなかったものの、現在は書店で新品が普通に購入できます。
悪質な転売商法に引っかからないようご注意下さい。

ネットでも探せば定価で購入できる所はあります。

この絵本、そして作者のロバート・サブダ氏の技術は素晴らしいものです。
多くの方にこの絵本を手に取って頂きたいと思います。

本屋で見て一目惚れ！ネットの画面からだけでこの本の良さを知るのは無理。なにしろ分厚い本(4-5cm?)を毎ページ開くたびに飛び出す、飛び出す！　文章はページを開いてからさらに小さな本を開くような感じで載っているので、ただページを繰っていくだけじゃないのが、わくわく度をさらにアップさせます。ただ文字が割と小さいのと、ペーパークラフトがあまりに凝っているので、就学前のような小さい子供さんには向かないかも。（すぐにビリビリにされそう）早く「なか見！検索」の対象になるべき本です。

最初のページから驚きの仕掛けです。えっ！こんな飛び出しかたあり？ま、まわってる~！！と、思わずうなってしまいます。色使いもとても美しく、凝り性の夫も感心していました。男女問わず、大人も子供も胸躍るこんな絵本は、そうそうあるものではないと思います。私は日本語訳が出る前に英語版を購入しておりましたが、やはり日本語訳の要望が多かったんでしょうね。もともと絵本としては高価なので、それに日本語訳でさらに価格がアップしており、気軽に買えないのが残念ですね。友達への出産祝いにプレゼントしましたが、とても喜ばれました。おすすめします！
