高橋 慶史
1956年、岩手県盛岡市生まれ。慶応義塾大学電気工学部卒業後、ベルリン工科大学エネルギー工学科へ留学。帰国後の1981年から電力会社に勤務。オール電化住宅の普及と営業に勤しむ傍ら、第2次大戦を中心としたドイツ・ミリタリー史を研究(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

5.0 out of 5 stars ゲーリングの名を冠した空軍地上部隊, 2007/5/19
ゲーリングの名を冠したドイツ空軍地上部隊の歴史を、その前身である警察大隊から最終形である降下戦車軍団まで全貌を取り上げた書籍です。「ヘルマン・ゲーリング戦車師団史」という邦題ですが、HG師団のみ扱っているというわけではありません。対空砲連隊もちゃんと取り上げられています。
本書は上巻であり、警察大隊ヴェッケの編成から1943年のシシリー島における戦いが対象となっています。
ゲーリングの名を冠した部隊に興味を持っている人には必見と言える書籍です。出版予定から随分と遅れが出ましたが、待っただけのことはあります。訳者から判断して、訳も信頼度が高いと思います。

本書は空軍HG師団について事細かに記してある数少ない本です。
HG師団が大好きで仕方が無いという方にのみお勧めします。
読み物として読むには少々きついものがあると感じます、小部隊の足取り経歴など事細かに書いてあるものの淡々と綴られているのみで、各部隊ごと年場所がその章毎に変わり地図も少なく地図が頭に入ってないと読むのが辛いです。
よくある筆者のいらっとさせられる意見が入っていない分、客観的に淡々と書かれている良い資料ではあると思います。
