血液腫瘍の病理から疫学、臨床にかけてまとめた本は、言わずと知れたWHOのblue bookでしょうが、この本はその日本語版という位置づけでしょう。blue bookを日本語訳したものではありませんが、内容はかなりblue bookに忠実です。かつ、我が国と欧米での症例数の違い等をもとに、本邦独自のコメントも追加されています。写真はblue bookよりやや少なくなっていますが、その分クオリティーは上である印象を受けます。それでいて大御所の本よりも安いのですから、お買い得感があり、blue bookを持っているにもかかわらず買ってしまいました。
