4.0 out of 5 stars BtoCにおけるSPを体系的に知るにはよい本です, 2005/6/27
大学教授の書かれた本らしくアカデミックな感じの本。
SP手法として値下げやサンプリング、プレミアムなどの具体例を挙げ、様々な研究結果に基づいてその効果の違いや特徴を示している。
効果の違いに関する心理学的な見地からの考察など興味深く読むことができた。

SPの効果測定手法として計算式が出てくるが、このあたりは数学アレルギーの人間にはとっつきにくい。

この本は主にBtoCを扱っているため、BtoBにおけるSPについて知りたい人は『戦略的ソリューション営業―顧客との「価値あるパートナーシップ」などの他書を参照された方が良いと思う。
