　社労士を目指す者してどんな仕事なのか、同じ女性として参考になればと思い買いました。しかしただの自慢話？って感じがしました。受験生向けでないと思います。開業予定の人向きです。同じことをクドクド書いてる感じだし・・。内容は作者の苦労話と自慢話がほとんどっ感じです。

自分の個性を活かしてビジネスに成功できることを証明しているようで、読んでいて励まされた。
ちょっと気になったのは、「男性だからこう」とか「女性だからこう」とステレオタイプ化している点です。

ビジネス書というと、凡人にはとても真似のできないことを勧めたり、たいしたことがないノウハウを膨らませて紹介するというイメージがありましたが、そんなイメージを一変させる“実践の書”です。
また一般的には、著者のただの自慢話に陥りがちなテーマですが、本書は著者のまっすぐで正直なお人柄のせいか、そうはなることはなく、たいへん好感が持てる内容になっています。
私も仕事柄、経営コンサルタントとお付き合いすることが少なくありませんが、本書は凡百のコンサルタントを凌駕する深い内容があります。
とくに、「女性で成功する秘訣」の項は、著者でなくては書けないすばらしいポイントです。
ここだけでも☆5つです。
