3.0 out of 5 stars わかりやすいし読みやすいのだけど, 2008/7/9
ただ項目がだらだらと並べられてるので、読みたい項目を見つけにくいのが残念。
項目の並べ方になんらかの「流れ」を持たせるとか、項目の内容・テーマによって章分けをするとかの工夫があれば、もっとよかったのにな。

とって、身近な問題解決法、アイデア、気付きが満載で、しかもまんがのイラストで気楽に楽しく実践できる一押しの本ですね、私が是非、
お勧めしたい一冊です。

なかなか本になれていないお店のスタッフでも面白がって読んでます。４コママンガとかがあって、とっつきやすかったのかもしれませんね。どちらにしても、良い本だと思います。お店とお客さんの関係はドラえもんとのび太の関係と表現するところなど、とてもわかりやすいです。
