この本には、ちまたを賑わしている数々の時間活用術が惜しげもなく述べられています。

本書だけで、時間活用術のカタログという様相を呈していますので、同類の書籍１０冊分の内容があり、お買い得感も高いです。
その上、ただ単に数多くの時間術が述べられているのではありません。筆者独自に視点から“時間活用の態々”
を再編集して、語られているので、一冊の本としても、まとまりがあり、読み応えがあります。（本というより、マガジンということでしょうか？）
また、注記を別段にするなどの読みやすさ・拡張性にも気を配り、目次近くにのっている、テクニック＆ツールの一覧表も使い勝手がいい。
よく練られて、編まれています！

ただし、時間をどうとらえるかという点（やや哲学的な視点）と、時間をどう投資するかという点（やや会計学的な視点）は、
説明の枚挙がすくなく、本書だけでは、わかりにくい部分もあるので。
（ちょっとだけマイナス。−１☆）

いわば『時間管理のアイディア集』
・・・とはいえ「考える」「休む」という部分がちゃんと入れてあるので、
効率ばかりを考えるのではなく、
バランスのとれた時間の使い方ができそう。

ポストイットの使い方はさっそく取り入れてます。
他にも取り入れたいTipsがたくさん。
「時間管理」が重要な今の時期だからこそ、
これで自分にぴったりの方法を見つけてみるのはいかがでしょうか。

仕事やToDoリストに追われる生活から解放されたい方にお勧めです。

解放される手順は以下の通り。効率だけでなく、効果も見るところが
ポイントでしょう。
1.やらなくて良いことを把握する（「Not ToDoリスト」を作る）
2.重要・緊急度合いで優先順位を毎日付け替える
3.1つの目的に絞った仕事・作業に集中する
4.1ヶ月単位で成果を確認する（「ラジオ体操の出欠シート」のように）

1だけでも十分効果を得られます。もちろん、以降のステップを試せば
さらに効果が得られます。ただし、2はちょっと負荷が高いかな。

疲れたら、何もしないで、休みましょう。何もしないのが大事です。
やるべきことも全て書き出してありますから、頭を使う必要がありません。
頭をクリアにして、「タメ」を作って、心機一転しましょう。一度試すと、
その後の効率・効果が上がるので、病み付きになりますよ。
