記述してある内容に関しては、私は納得できることがほとんどである。
実はお米を売っているのですが、このお米だけの問題でも多くの問題があります。しかし、一個人でうかつなことを主張すれば、名誉毀損や営業妨害等で告訴されるだけです。証明責任は告発者にあり、かりに内部告発を考えても「雪印乳業事件」のように、告発者が逆に倒産においこまれるのが今の日本の現状です。法律にはさからえません。自分の身は自己責任で守るというスタンスで、こういうこともあるのかもと読んでみられても良い本だと思います。

最近ＴＶで健康番組が人気ですが、この本を読むと
それらの番組のスポンサーが食品会社であるという
事に気づきます。
体に悪くなくても、脳に悪影響を及ぼす食品であふ
れている。非常に深刻な問題です。
是非一読を。
