4.0 out of 5 stars ヴェルディについての本です, 2009/5/5
著者も「ワーグナーについての文献は多いがヴェルディは少ないのでバランスを取る意図があった」と認めていますが、ワーグナーについての記述は少なく、内容にも新味はありません。しかし、ヴェルディの作風の変遷分析はよくまとまっており、同時代の巨人ワーグナーとの比較対照も立体感を増す効果を上げています。
全体としては星3つですが、ヴェルディの伝記として星4つ。ワグネリアンには薦めません。
