寄生虫、生理的に心地よくない感覚がある。しかし寄生虫は極めて限られた条件下においてのみ生存が可能であり、実際はひ弱な生命体である。多くの寄生虫が宿主に寄生し、子孫を残すことのみに特化した形態に進化していることに感動した。さらに寄生虫研究者の地道な努力と、積み上げられた多くの成果には驚くばかりである。
