コンセンサスや調和が重視された時代には、時に個人の主張を抑制しなければならないことがあったと思います。
こうして自分を抑制する代わりに敵を作らないことが許されてきました。
逆に言えば、自分を主張するためには敵を作ることを受け入れなければならず、そのことを覚悟しなければならない。本書は、そのことを端的に述べています。

すべての人が意気投合したり、意見を同じくするということは、実に考えにくいことだという前提で話が進みます。あとはいかにして実行するかです。これが一番難しいということは著者も同意してくれています。
読んでいて気持ちが少し楽になれる本だと思います。

本書には、「こうすれば相手とコミュニケーションがとれる！」次元の小手先のテクニックのようなものは載っていません。そういううわつらのことではなく、本人の心の持ち方とか普段からの心がけとかそういうもう少し程度の高い話が載ってます。テクニックを期待して本書を買っても何にも得るものがないかもしれません。

「エネルギーを奪う人」から今すぐ逃げよ！は面白い章題だと思いました。

スーパーサラリーマンという肩書きの通り、さりげない話が多い。

藤原和博氏の著書にはまってしまい、本書で早５冊目・・・。

本書の内容に納得できない方もいるかもしれませんが、私は非常に共感できます。特に、常識や組織の論理にこり固まっている方は本書を新鮮に感じるか、反感を覚えるか真っ二つに分かれるでしょう。
本書のコンセプトは要するに、そんなくだらない常識や慣例をもとに行動している人たちと関わるのはやめようよ、というものですから。

ちなみに、本書は「処世術」、「エネルギーを奪う仕事、もらえる仕事」、「人生の流れを変える」のほか、いくつかの論文をもとに大幅加筆を加えたものであるとあとがきの最後に書いてあります。
どうりでその他の著書と内容がかぶっていると思いました。
