『考具』がとても良い本だったので、こちらも購入しました。

『考具』を読まれている方は、なんとなく内容は想像がつくと
思います。

あまり斬新な考えはないのですが、ブレストのやり方など、
きちんとできていそうで、実際はできていないことも多いので、
意識していこうと、あらためて思いました。

『考具』『アイデア会議』ともに、すぐに劇的に効くといった内容ではないですが、
毎日意識することによって、少しづつ組織が変わるような気もします。

みんながこういった本を読んで、情報を共有しておくととても良いと思います。

最初は、こんな簡単な、というか思いつきレベルの「１行」しか書いてないペーパー
を持ち寄って、本当に会議になるのかいな、と思った。しかし、「思いつき」を寄せ
て集めて、眺めていけば、いつの間にか、すごい「アイデア」に生まれ変わる。こん
な方法論があったのか、という感じ。この伸びやかな発想力は、課題を出し、試験す
るような企画会議では実現できないと思う。「思いつき」をだらだら皆で考える、と
いうのではなく、しっかりとした方法論さえあれば、きわめて効率的に企画が生まれ
る、ということがわかった。

「考具」を読んでから、

この著者の続編を待っていた！

出版社は違うけど、

カバーデザインが同じテイストだったので、

すぐわかった。

会議の本だけど、基本的にいいアイデアを

出すためのヒントが満載であることは

前著と変わりなし。

読後は、とにかく試してみたい！気持ちで

いっぱいになります。

アイデアが出そうだぞー、というワクワク感を

早くメンバーと共有したくなるのです。
