本書に登場する「困った人たち」は大変身近な存在で、もしかしたら夫であり妻であり、自分自身かもしれません。人は「困った人たち」の性癖や傾向を少しづつ持っているのかもしれません。

他者防衛や自己？防衛に明確な答えがあるわけではありません。人間関係はどこまでも相対的で、また感情によって揺れ動くものですから。

しかし、心の動きを客観的に見ていけば、そこにはおのずと普遍的な人間のメカニズムが現れてくると思います。
他人はさておいても、自分の問題として読み、心の立脚点を見つけることができたら、この本は本当に安いものになるでしょう。

同種の本としては、丁寧にわかりやすく書かれていると思います。

どこの職場にでもいる「困った人」や恋人の行動の後ろにある心の中の葛藤を説明し、それにどう対応すればいいかまで教えてくれる。
人のことだけではなく、自分のパーソナリティの問題にも気づかせてくれる。
専門的な精神分析理論も分かりやすい例をあげてあるので理解できる。
これに続いて、「パーソナリティ障害の精神分析的研究」も読んでみたくなる。
惜しい人を亡くしました。

題名の通り、かなり不健康な心理についての分析と具体例が
記載されている本ですので、気持ちが丈夫な時に読むことを
お薦めします。人は誰でも、どこかでずれやゆがみはある生き物では
ないでしょうか？自分でも他人にも気づかない歪みの観点から
不健全な人間関係や非建設的な人生観を生み出すのだ、という事が

浮き彫り書いてあります。不完全で当たり前の人間だからこそ、
影の部分を知っておいたほうが人間関係で驚かずに済むと思いました。
あくまで客観的に書かれた本ですので、知りたい人向けです。
